Summary
The existing ground floor expanded into the existing 150 sf screened-in porch for a new office and powder room.
The project consisted of the conversion of the existing screened-in porch with a new compact powder room and reconfiguration of the living room area for enhanced usability.

Ground floor: Conversion and expansion of the existing screened-in porch with new powder room with reconstruction of existing roof to match existing and new office space area

The result
The final design and construction fulfilled all the clients’ needs and was very well received by the neighbors and community at large.
